Sale & Purchase

We specialise in buying and selling ships, both on the second-hand market and for newbuilds. Our expertise goes beyond simple transactions: we negotiate the price of vessels on behalf of our clients, ensuring the best deal.

We manage all the local and international logistics of transferring ownership, including the transfer of title so the new owners obtain all legal rights to the vessel, and we coordinate the banking arrangements behind the transaction.

Tender support

Clients increasingly ask Socomet to put together the entire Call for Tender package, including market surveys, operational information, HSE documentation and security requirements, as well as the commercial, technical and contractual submissions.
